| dc.description.abstract | ● 계획의 배경 ○ '코로나19', '한국판 뉴딜' 등 급변하는 정책환경에 능동적으로 대응하고, 임실군의 지속 가능한 발전과 전라북도 으뜸도시 도약을 목표로 차별화되고 경쟁력 있는 신규사업 발굴 추진이 필요함 ○ 「임실군 미래비전 발전전략 수립연구」 이후 정권 교체로 인한 정부의 지역발전 정책변화와 균특 지방이양 등 현재 시대 여건에 맞는 기존계획의 발전적 수정 · 보완 필요 ● 계획의 목적 ○ 최근 차별화된 신규사업 발굴 한계로 매년 국가예산확보에 어려움이 발생하고 있으며, 정부의 신규 정책 또는 전북의 중장기계획 반영을 위해 사업의 타당성 및 논리 개발을 통한 차별화되고 경쟁력 있는 국책사업 발굴 대응 | - |
